Accessibility Statement
Big Head Consulting LLC
Effective Date: May 25, 2026
Last Updated: June 14, 2026
Our Commitment
Big Head Consulting LLC is committed to making bigheadconsulting.ai (the "Site") accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
We design and develop the Site with the goal of conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, as well as comparable international standards such as the European EN 301 549 and the UK Equality Act guidance.
What This Means in Practice
We aim to make sure that:
- Content is perceivable — text is readable, color contrast is sufficient, images include alternative text, and content reflows on smaller screens
- Interface is operable — interactive elements work with keyboard navigation, focus indicators are visible, and we avoid content that flashes in patterns known to trigger seizures
- Content is understandable — we write in plain language wherever possible, label form fields clearly, and provide help text for the intake assessment tool
- Code is robust — we use semantic HTML, valid ARIA attributes where appropriate, and work to maintain compatibility with assistive technologies including screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack), screen magnifiers, voice control, and keyboard-only navigation
- Cognitive load is reasonable — we avoid clutter, use consistent navigation, and provide clear next steps
We test our Site using a combination of automated accessibility tools and manual review. We strive to remediate accessibility issues as we identify them.
Known Limitations
We aim for high accessibility but recognize that no website is perfect.
If you encounter content that does not meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, please contact us (see below). We will work to address the issue and provide an alternative way to access the information or functionality you need.
This Site is a small business website, and we are not currently subject to mandatory third-party accessibility audits. The accessibility commitment described here is voluntary, made in good faith, and represents our ongoing effort rather than a guarantee of perfect conformance.
AI-Generated Content
Part of the Site (the intake assessment tool) generates output using artificial intelligence. We take care that the structural format of AI-generated output is accessible — proper headings, lists, and reading order. The substantive content of AI output may include occasional errors that we don't control in real time. We always offer a human path to the same outcome: you can contact us by email instead of using the intake tool if it's not working well for you for any reason, including accessibility.

Accessibility Statement Format
This statement is structured to be itself accessible: plain language, semantic headings, clear contact options, and no critical information conveyed by color, image, or icon alone. If you encounter difficulty reading this statement, please email us and we will send it to you in an alternative format.
Changes to This Statement
We may update this statement as the Site evolves and as accessibility standards develop. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
